B Building Lab Upgrades!

So apparently, over here at Langara our lower level computer labs in the B Building got new overhauls for hardware.

New Acer Keyboards.
A nice Samsung Sync Master 22.43" LCD Monitor.

Core 2 Duo E8400 (3.00Ghz) CPU installed with 3gbs of RAM.
Windows XP SP 3.

Quite impressive as the older ones were slower than this. At the moment they don't have monitor resolutions locked up so while most are stuck at the smaller resolution and don't know how to change it, got it to the maximum.

Although Firefox has not been configured yet for the internet which I find funny.

Well, 2010 is here.
It is now officaly one year annivesiry since I broke my ankle.
Damn does time fly...

Some goals are to
-Lose weight,
-Stay productive
-Keep room clean.
-Stay on top of school work
-Get a job/continue.

Went Go-Karting with AFanCorp (Afion Ruki) at TBC Richmond.
Time to beat for me : 32.686.
Afion's time to beat: 30.960.

Hoping to work up another weekly homework meet and maybe a monthly chill off meet.
More to come.

Hoping to keep this update for this year too.

A New Semeseter

Well, it is depressing for myself to think. That I screwed up my first 3 semesters.
What is important is knowing what I have learned from these mistakes.
And improve on them.
That is the most important part of an learning experience.

In other news, how has everyone enjoyed there summer?
I hope the hot weather has not cause mental melt down of the processing centers.
I know it has for computers!.

School is starting soon so don't sleep too late my good friends!.

Good night and sleep well!

School In-Session

School is starting soon. I guess I will be able to keep a regular blog and photos possibly when school starts up.
Computer Science here I come.
Langara then UBC that is the target aim.
Looks like a fun time ahead of me? :D.
Who knows haha.
I shall keep this little dude updated; as I have been falling behind haven't I?

Anyhow; When I do get radio back working again;
Some new songs I will be playing that I haven't played before because they have been sitting in a dark corner in my library.
One of them is "Kiss From A Rose by Angela Aki"
It's quite nice.
